SUBMISSION RULES UPDATED

The Editorial Board of the University of Bologna Law Review is pleased to announce that our Submission Rules have been updated, effective beginning with Volume 11.2 (2026). These revisions were adopted considering feedback and suggestions received from authors, and are intended to improve clarity and ensure a more efficient review process for all contributors.

Authors planning to submit manuscripts for Volume 11.2 (2026) or later are strongly encouraged to review the new rules prior to submission, as compliance will be required for consideration.

We remain grateful to our authors for their continued trust in the UBLR as a venue for meaningful legal scholarship, and we look forward to receiving submissions under the updated framework.
