The University of Bologna Law Review is pleased to announce the Eighth Edition of the UBLR Colloquium, dedicated to artificial intelligence and its key legal implications.

The Colloquium will explore the relationship between artificial intelligence and law — with particular focus on data protection, European regulation, the safeguarding of vulnerable subjects, and civil liability — examining the role of law in governing the development and deployment of AI systems at the intersection of technological innovation, fundamental rights, accountability, and risk allocation.
