The Editor-in-Chief and the Managing Board are honored to welcome Professor M. Mathieu Disant (Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University) as new Advisor of University of Bologna Law Review for the Constitutional and Administrative Law area.
M. MATHIEU DISANT is Professor of Public Law at the Sorbonne Law School, Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University (France). An agrégé in law and Director of the Master’s Program Systèmes de justice et droit du procès, he is a leading specialist in constitutional and administrative litigation, with particular expertise in the Question prioritaire de constitutionnalité (QPC). Professor Disant is the author of more than 250 publications, including landmark works on constitutional remedies, whistleblowers, and global constitutional standards. He has served as an international expert for ACCF, OIF, PNUD, and TAIEX, and is a founding member of the AIDC research group Rule of Law and Developments in Science and Technology. His recent scholarship addresses constitutional protection of future generations, constitutional environmental law, and the evolving role of constitutional courts in democratic governance.
